FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Please contact us using the form on the website with your enquiry. To secure a booking a 50% deposit is required.
The remainder of the balance, along with a £250 security deposit, is required 5 days before the date of hire. We will email you closer to the time with a reminder.
The security deposit is returned to you after your hire providing there have been no damages to the equipment.
You will need to allow a minimum of 1 metre to the rear of the pub for the blower and ideally 0.5 metre to either side. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish bins, washing lines etc are removed from the area where the pub is to be sited. Any overhanging trees and prickly bushes need to be pruned back before our delivery staff arrive.
These pubs are large, and are not suitable to be brought through houses. For most pubs we need a clear access route of 0.8m – 1.0m wide, with no large steps to navigate.
For the Tudor Pub ideally we need vehicle access to the installation site or gateways & pathways of ~1.5m wide.
Please tell us at the time of booking if you have any narrow access ways, awkward routes or lots of steps to the location and we will advise you from there. If vehicles are parked on the driveway to your house, please make sure you have left enough room for us to wheel the inflatable past and that the area where it is to be sited is free from ANY obstructions.
Delivery is Free for the first 20 Miles from our offices (SK8 7AZ), £2.50 per mile after this
Set up and pack down vary from 1.5 – 3 hours depending on the tent size and set up. We require clear access to the garden and an extension lead leaving out with the power on (meaning you don’t have to be when we set up the tent).Deliveries are on weekdays to ensure you have your tent before the weekend and collections are Monday’s onwards . The pubs can be simply let down when not in use with everything still inside.
All our pubs are tested on an annual basis, and we have the full product certifications.
We have Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5million, however, it is important that the hirer appreciates what this means. PLI covers the hirer against loss, damage or injury caused by inappropriate or unsafe set-up, or faulty equipment. It DOES NOT protect against loss, damage or injury caused through either negligent use of the equipment, or altering any aspect of the set-up after delivery, or through normal use where accidents may occur. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that there is responsible adult supervision of the equipment, at all times. We will provide you with detailed written safety/operating instructions based on current guidelines issued by the Health and Safety Executive on the day of hire.
