A private Prestbury pub gathering with a carefully planned reception or garden layout
Check the Prestbury property before the party styling. Prestbury has its own guide alongside Macclesfield, Bollington and Wilmslow. Provide the event postcode and the full route to the proposed installation area. If a drive or entrance is shared, arrange who can authorise access and explain any restrictions on where the team can unload.
Make the pub one part of the reception plan. For a Prestbury wedding gathering, coordinate the pub entrance, seating and catering before agreeing the final layout. A connected Rave Cave supplies a dance space attached to the pub, so allow for both structures and the connection. Share the plan with the venue and other suppliers before booking equipment around it.
Keep Friday and Monday access in mind. For a Saturday Prestbury celebration, Friday installation and Monday collection are included. Agree who will receive the team and pay the remaining balance on Friday, and preserve access for the collection visit. If the property is hired, check that the venue arrangement permits both visits as well as the Saturday event.
